Salzburg provides 1.200 kilometres of the loveliest cycle tracks excellently marked and suitable for different levels.

The tour starts in the city of Salzburg, where you visit Mozart’s birthplace and Mozart’s residence. Next up is the pilgrimage church Maria Plain, where the “Krönungsmesse” was performed.

The next stations on your cycling trip are the wonderful lake Mattsee, Seeham and Anthering. The journey continues in Bavaria, where you will be able see the monastery Seeon - the abbey Mozart liked to visit. While his journey throughout Europe he spent a lot of time in Wasserburg – a place you will also get a glimpse at on your tour. Via Rosenberg the path leads you back to Austria. One of the first stations here is the Tyrolean “Kaiserwinkel”. Before the tour ends, you pass the stunningly beautiful Hellbrunn castle.
